To be able to resume downloads I recommend you to get a download manager, FlashGet - its the best one in my opinion. So, go to www.flashget.com and downlod the program.
Now when you want to download a video, right-click on Blue download botton and choose Download using FlashGet and it will download the video(s) you want with FlashGet, and using FlashGet you'll be able to resume downloads whenever you want.
